Warranty Process: When needing warranty or service support, customers should contact our warranty and support center. Our customer service team will provide guidance and support regarding the warranty and service process within 3 days via phone or email.

Note: Customers should send VIDEO or PHOTOS to our customer service team via Zalo or Email.

We will proceed with the next steps to verify service quality and perform warranty or refund as per your request.

We will refund customers via their payment method within 15 days.

To ensure consumer rights and enhance after-sales service quality, thebodysensekorea allows customers to inspect products before acceptance.

• Delivered products do not match the type or model requested by the customer.
• Missing components or defective products.
• Damage due to external factors such as peeling or breakage during transportation,...
• Substandard quality, such as expired warranty or non-functional products. Return processing time is a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date.

Products are eligible for a 100% replacement within 15 days from the delivery date if there is a manufacturer defect. If delivered incorrectly, and the product remains 100% new as delivered, thebodysensekorea will resolve the issue immediately after confirming the product condition with the customer.

Replacement within the first 30 days of use if there is a manufacturer defect that technicians cannot fix immediately, and the product remains 100% new as originally delivered.

Note: Keep the product 100% new as originally delivered to be eligible for a 1-to-1 exchange or return within 15 days. Please inspect the products. If any of the above issues are detected, you can discuss directly with our staff or provide feedback within the next 3 days via our Customer Service Hotline: 1900 8940.

The Body Sense will refuse warranty for products in the following cases:

• Products without video or photo evidence of the issue.
• Products damaged due to external or force majeure factors.
• Products not used according to instructions or installed incorrectly per manufacturer guidelines.
• Products modified or adjusted by third parties not covered by the warranty.
• Products past the stated warranty period.

The Body Sense Korea offers free nationwide delivery (2-3 days for inner cities, 3-5 days for suburbs).

Return Method:

• If the company’s product is defective, transportation and return fees will be 100% free.
• If customers wish to return a product and receive a refund, customers will cover the transportation fees.
• If customers wish to return an unopened product for personal reasons, the company will cover one-way transportation fees.

Delivery time depends on the transportation provider (for both shipping and returns).
