1. Product Information

We are committed to providing authentic water filtration products from The Body Sense Korea brand. All information regarding images, prices, and product descriptions is updated accurately and comprehensively.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • When placing an order, you must provide accurate information about the recipient, address, and phone number.
  • Orders will only be confirmed after we contact and verify with you via phone (for website orders).
  • Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery with free shipping. Delivery time: 2-3 days for urban areas, 3-5 days for suburban areas.
  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, transportation disruptions…), delivery times may be extended, and customers will be notified.

4. Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 15 days if unused.
  • Products must remain intact, unused, and include all accessories/packaging.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as: disliking the product, unsuitable, or used products.

5. Product Warranty

The Body Sense Korea water filtration devices are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase (with video/photos recorded during installation).

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

  • Products without video or photo evidence of the issue.
  • Products damaged due to force majeure or external factors.
  • Products not used according to instructions or installed incorrectly per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Products modified or adjusted by third parties not covered by the warranty.
  • Products past the stated warranty period.

6. Rights and Responsibilities

6.1 Customers

  • Provide accurate information when ordering.
  • Inspect products carefully upon receipt.
  • Do not use the website to disseminate illegal or misleading content.

6.2 Our Responsibilities

  • Ensure product quality and protect customers’ personal information.
  • Reserve the right to refuse invalid orders or those with signs of fraud.
  • Reserve the right to change prices, promotions, or policies without prior notice (while ensuring the rights of confirmed orders).

We are committed to protecting customers’ personal information and will not share or use it for purposes other than order processing, customer support, and product warranty.

8. Applicable Law
